Hey guys! Ahhhhhhhhhhh.

So, in week one I managed to loose 4lbs then gain it all back. I went to the Renaissance Faire this weekend and I think I may have been trying to kill myself with food. Ugh. Then last night I had friends over and made delicious snacks and then ate them. Then I ate them all. My back is still screwy, so I'm yet to jump back in to exercise.

THIS Monday, I'm starting a 30 day Bikram yoga challenge with a couple girlfriends. Wish me luck!

I'm terrible at sabotaging my own diet. I'll do so well for days on end, and while shopping I might feel rebellious and buy a massive packet of Doritos or sour gummy candies... I don't know why I do it, and why I go feeling rebellious when it's only myself I'm feeling rebellious about!!! *shaking head at self* scratch
